Even in the world of ultra-luxury handbags, Hermès is more adored by the fortunate few than any other. The Hermès Kelly was named after Grace Kelly was photographed carrying the Hermès bag. Unlike other handbags, a single craftsman works on one bag at a time with the construction of each Kelly bag consuming a whopping 18 hours. Kelly bags are investment, quality luxury items meaning that they either hold or increase their value over time. The Kelly is a true timeless classic that will take center stage of your bag collection!
This particular Kelly is from the 1983 collection. While it is in good condition, it does show some signs of wear. The handle is dry and is most likely in need of replacement (this can be done through Hermes for approximately $700). There are slight marks on the leather on the top of the bag (please see photos). There are slight marks on the bottom of the bag from normal wear. This bag is being sold in AS-IS condition. It does not include a box or dust bag.
