Shipping & Returns

We ship orders Monday through Friday, except on holidays.  Please allow 1-2 days to process your order.  You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number, if provided.  Please contact us to make special arrangements.
  • U.S. Standard Shipping: $10.00 (takes 3-5 business days)
  • U.S Second Day Shipping: $50.00 (orders must be placed by noon EST)
  • U.S. Next Day Shipping: $100.00 (orders must be placed by noon EST)
  • Canada: $50.00 (takes 7-20 business days)
  • International: $75 (takes 14-21 business days)
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We try to process orders as quickly as possible.  If you change your mind about an order, please contact us as soon as possible.  **A request does not guarantee a cancellation**.  We will email you to let you know if we can process your cancellation.  Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
**Returns are for site or store (if you are local) credit ONLY.**

To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • ONLY sized items (Clothing and Shoes) purchased are eligible for return. 
  • Accessories and all other items are final sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
**Please note that our return policy is for site credit only**
Refunds will only be issued if an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item is sent. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are FINAL SALE.  These items are not eligible to be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 70 Pine St, Lower Level, Rear, New Canaan, CT 06840.
